Well, if you’re interested in our Customer Service Specialist role, this might be your next step! This is a perfect role for someone who is great at speaking with people and handling their queries as well as updating systems and databases, to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Wet Ones, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be involved in supporting customers, processing orders and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for.
•    Processing incoming customer orders – email & EDI; •    Booking invoices of customers; •    Managing product availability via system database; •    Monitoring deliveries to customers; •    Handling customer complaints & issues related, liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to these issues.
•    Providing high quality service, advice and technical support to Customers; •    Maintaining regular contact with customers via telephone and email, both in English and in Polish; •    Monitoring stock orders and issue invoices and credit notes; •    Preparing documents and reports for future reference.
•    Cooperating with carriers and warehouse companies.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?   In this role, it is important that you are multi-task person, able to work autonomously, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and customers located internationally.
We are all about making useful things joyful, so we love it when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following.
•    Experience in customer service or administration – ideally in FMCG consumer goods •    University degree •    Fluency in spoken & written English and Polish is required •    MS Office and SAP literate   This is a fantastic role for someone who’s looking to gain some great experience in a Global Consumer Goods company where there will be excellent opportunity for learning and development.
