Il candidato ideale ha un forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, ottime doti relazionali e dimostra una spiccata propensione all’analisi dei bisogni dei clienti.
Principali attività:
- In ottica di un’attività di contatto telefonico outbound - care, la risorsa deve comunicare in con i clienti contattati in modo professionale, preciso e puntuale
- Offrire soluzioni e/o servizi ai clienti attuali
- Garantire una collaborazione efficace con altri team interni nell’ottica di soddisfare le richieste dei clienti
Requisiti di lavoro
Requisiti:
- Buone competenze di comunicazione verbale e scritta
- Padronanza della lingua italiana (C1)
- Buone abilità in ambito informatico
- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di problem solving
- Flessibilità e proattività
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la pregressa esperienza in ambito customer service outbound/inbound
