Are you ready for a new challenge in our Wholesale team?.
As Wholesale Customer Service Intern, you will join our offices based in Novara to support the team.
What can you learn with us?.
Manage orders.
Orders Master data file to customers; Data entry for customers' details updating; Order cancellations; Order splitting in compliance with customers' requests; Providing stocklist to prepare stock or swaps; Orders entry stock and swap; Reporting.
Manage shipments.
Booking deliveries on e-commerce customers' web platforms; Discrepancies and/or missing units check with the Logistic office; Managing orders for shooting samples.
Claims/Returns/Spare Parts.
Return authorizations to customers; Follow up on customers' claims; Spare parts requests.
Do you have these qualifications and skills?.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Good relationships skills and teamwork; Flexibility and problem solving attitude.
