YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Support in the management of recruitment processes for shops and offices.
- Ensure the correct publication of offers and communication with hiring managers, being available to provide the service at selection level, proactivity in the processes and resolution of doubts.
- Participation in the contact with candidates and personal interviews for the different selection processes.
- Collaborate in the maintenance of the talent pool, as well as analysis and monitoring of the different processes.

As an Intern at Talent Acquisition, you will support the selection processes for our hiring managers in the retail sector with the best and most suitable candidates.
It is important to be in constant contact with hiring managers, to know the business, its needs and to be able to adapt, as well as to provide support in the necessary training, if required.
You will collaborate in the development of innovative search strategies and Employer Branding activities, aligned with the brand philosophy and values.
Qualifiche YOUR PROFILE - You are pursuing a Bachelor/Master's degree with a focus on HR.
- Professional experience in the retail sector is desirable.
- Service mentality to help teams.
- Proactive and creative.
- You have a high level of English, to be able to work on a daily basis in an international environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
