About the role You’ll join our Talent Acquisition Team in our Milan office, focusing on Recruiting and Employer Branding activities.
Your responsibilities •Management of the internship full life cycle recruitment process (from the job advert till the offer and internship’s agreement documentation) partnering with line managers for best-in-class recruitment •Partner with Line Managers and local HRs to understand vacancy briefs •Sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates •Maintain accurate hiring documentation on all requisitions, interviews, and candidates through Success Factors •Partnership with universities and other entities •Support in organizing Recruitment Events and participating in University Career Fairs •Content creation and posting via LinkedIn to promote our opportunities and local Graduate Program.
