YOUR TASKS You work together with the Assistant Hotel manager - F&B to ensure smooth day-to-day F&B operations (focusing on the Buffet, Restaurant & Bar) You are in contact with all F&B suppliers and are in charge of daily stock- and cost control as well as monthly reporting You are hands-on while you drive implementation, monitor, and improve MEININGER quality standards and compliance with regulations You ensure the implementation of HACCP guidelines; you make sure a good presentation and FIFO is being applied at the Wundermart shop You manage the F&B team, coach and develop your team members Join fair visits and dive M-goals in close cooperation with (A)HM You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day- and evening shifts YOUR PROFILE You have min 1-3 years F&B experience in in the tourism / F&B / hospitality industry, including experience in a supervisory role You lead by example, enjoy working shifts alongside your team, training and motivating them You ensure the implementation of HACCP guidelines You are solution-driven, show strong commitment, and work in a structured and efficient way You think it is fun working in a diverse, multicultural environment and bringing people on board to achieve things together You have excellent customer service and communication skills WHAT MEININGER OFFERS Fair compensation package and surcharges 25 vacation days + 5 bonus days (1 for each year you stay with us) + bank holidays 2 extra paid leave days for you to make this world a better place (Corporate Volunteering & VTO Program) Working in a dynamic, diverse team Access our well-being platform for personalized 1.
