To support its strong and rapid growth, Nordex Italy is looking for a Service Technician to join the team at our office in Villaurbana, Sardegna. YOUR TASKS: Keep all health & safety related instructions and guidelines. Work safely for material and personnel. Analyse defects with phone-contact to Service Coordinator. Perform simple repairs of turbines, troubleshooting and faultfinding autonomously. Collaborate with the Lead Technician for complex repair-processes. Conduct planned maintenance/inspection activities with subcontractors. Fill in reports and checklists to inform the Local Operation Manager. Inform customers in case of works on the turbine. Repair or exchange main components. Check inventory of spare parts stock and be responsible for material on site. Monitor booked service reports and steer service process to book expenses correctly. Ensure tasks are realized with high quality and on time. Execute tasks in the most economical way for our company. Be responsible for material, tools, and property of Nordex. Follow Nordex manuals and regulations. YOUR PROFILE: Mid-level Electrical and/or mechanical education. Minimum of three years of hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical experience. Experience in using data processing adequately. Good English language skills (read, write and speak fluently). Teamwork, collaboration, and willingness to take over responsibility. Quick grasp and capable of making decisions. Ability to solve problems. Think strategically and analytically. Willing to travel regularly, including nights away from home. Flexible in working time and area. Computer literate, able to use MS Office, SAP, and in-house database and workload management systems. Resilience and tolerance of frustration.
