We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting! YOUR TASKS You are responsible for setting up and removing the buffet and ensuring constant availability of sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests You prepare simple cold dishes (cheese/sausage platters, salads, etc.) & drinks and advise guests on their composition & ingredients You act as a host welcoming guests to breakfast, informing them about special offers and F&B offering You maintain the cleanliness of your workstation in line with prescribed guidelines and company standards You monitor the stock, place orders of food and consumables, and check deliveries You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts YOUR PROFILE You enjoy interacting with guests You are a team player and happy to help your colleagues out You work efficiently and in a well-structured way You have experience in hospitality, service or barkeeping You are available to work during the weekdays, weekends and holidays You are fluent in German (solid A2 level min.) and English, any additional language is an advantage WHAT MEININGER OFFERS Attractive salary and tax-free surcharges 25 vacation days plus an extra day for every year with MEININGER (up to 5 days max.) 2 extra paid leave days for you to make this world a better place (Corporate Volunteering & VTO Program) Growth and development opportunities as part of an internationally expanding organization A dynamic, diverse team The occasional opportunity to travel to support new openings or exchange programs MEININGER Staff Nights Program and discounts for your family & friends Employee events and team activities.
