This position reports to Service Sales Support Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will advise both your sales colleagues and customers, so that we can create the right match between customer needs, expectations and ABB's services & digital solutions. You can look forward to major influence. You determine and set the technical direction. Your focus is to match the customer's needs and desires with the right technique and then assemble it into qualified solutions. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Division for Measurement & Analytics business area, more specifically for service business. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders. Managing all aspects of the bid — including technical, financial, product management and risk reviews. Coordinating with the supply chain to identify suppliers for services and materials, through regular studies of customer needs and market trends. Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the sales process. Examining and reporting on the results of tenders and identifying areas for improvement to increase success. Qualifications for the role You have at least 5 years of experience in preparing bids and tenders in service business; working as Service Sales Support Specialist with Automation Solutions will be a plus. You are passionate about managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, collaborative and solution-focused approach. Technical education and great technical interest. University Degree will be considered a plus. You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
