YOUR TEAM You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research. The Technical Services and Facilities Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Massimiliano Gatti. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Maintenance and extraordinary maintenance of mechanical, air conditioning, water and gas systems at all the Institute’s sites; Identifying, solving and preventing problems mainly related to plant; Developing first-aid solutions in case of emergency; Proposing/implementing solutions for standard interventions, reporting to their responsible and writing reports on the management system of the Institute. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to read plant drawings and diagrams; Experience in the maintenance sector, with reference to mechanical, cooling, heating, and ventilation systems; Knowledge of the national and European legislation in the field, with particular reference to safety; Knowledge of the main computer programs; Car Licence type B; Availability for night and festive on-call work; Willingness to travel within the country. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Knowledge and experience in electric arc and TIG welding; Demonstrable work-at-height qualification; Qualification to work in confined environments; Possession of F-GAS license; Strong orientation to problem solving; Strong motivation to learn and improve; Excellent time management and ability to prioritize assigned activities; Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment.
