We specialise in senior and highly technical positions across the engineering, technology and construction sectors worldwide.
Position - Service Technician (Onshore Wind Farm) Functions * Analyze defects with phone-contact to dispatcher.
* Autonomously simple repairs of turbines, troubleshooting and fault-finding.
* Carry out complex repair-processes in collaboration with the local trainer/dispatcher.
* Carry out planned maintenance-/inspection-activities with subcontractors.
* Reporting to local dispatcher/trainer by phone, e-mail and mobile system.
* Fill in reports and checklists in order to completely inform Field Operation Manager.
* Inform customer in case of works on the turbine.
* Carry out repair or exchange of main components.
* Check inventory of spare parts stock and be responsible for material on site.
* Standard monitoring of booked service reports and steering of service process to book expenses correctly * Guarantee that tasks are realized with high quality and in time.
* Realization of tasks in the most economical way.
* Responsible for material, tools and property.
* Carry out tasks in accordance with manuals and regulations.
* Keep all H&S related instructions and guidelines.
Work safely for material and personnel Qualification/Training * Technical education/training or comparable training and knowledge.
* Experienced to use data processing adequately.
* Good English language skills (read, write and speak fluently) * Driving Licence Complementary Training * Safety Hazards analysis * Power converters and PLC programming will be a plus * Office suite professional and other Suites are a plus Experience * At least 3 years of vocational experience.
* Basic H&S knowledge and ability to develop further in this area.
* Used to deal with IT-Tools.
