Base Salary.
EUR Monthly (paid over 14 months) Performance Bonus.
Up to 240 EUR monthly based on performance Working Schedule.
Monday to Sunday AM 9.
PM (shifts within these hours) 40 hours/week About the Role.
Join our team as an Italian Customer Service Specialist supporting a leading mobile operator.
In this role you will handle customer inquiries provide troubleshooting support and offer exceptional service ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities.
Respond to customer queries via phone email and chat Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with mobile services Provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Requirements.
Fluency in Italian (C2 level) B2 proficiency in English Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer literacy Benefits.
