FIELD SERVICE TOOLING SPECIALIST

Partner with the best As Field Service Tooling Specialist , you will be responsible to enhance the efficiency of the FSE tooling management and support the development of new tools for site activities across various technologies. This role will collaborate closely with the FSEs, Engineering team, suppliers and other technical stakeholders for developing a solid tooling network within GTS. As Field Service Tooling Specialist you will be responsible for: Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FSE tooling management processes, ensuring tools are readily available and in optimal working condition. Establish and consolidate a robust quantitative and qualitative control process for all tools, ensuring compliance with technical specification and operational standards. Partner with FSEs, Engineering, product expert, product leadership and external suppliers to develop new tools for site activities. This will cover all technologies within IET portfolio, including (but not limited to) Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Aero GT, Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors and Steam Turbines. Provide technical guidance and assistance to regional teams in developing the capability of the local tooling Hubs. Consolidate tools management processes and maintenance operations. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Technical diploma in mechanical with at least 4 years of experience in Field Services. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
