This role involves coordinating with the Commercial Team, manufacturing plants, Engineering and Quality departments, and other teams in the region.
nn n**Key responsibilities include:**n nn n+ Troubleshooting and repairing productsn n+ Training field service techniciansn n+ Coordinating with teams to ensure customer supportn n+ Planning and executing site visits and inventory assessmentsn n+ Identifying and resolving operational problemsn n+ Monitoring equipment performance and training customersn n+ Providing expertise to customersn n+ Overseeing equipment installation and start-upn n+ Making in-person service calls and assessing mechanical and electrical problemsn n+ Overseeing repair cycles and ensuring equipment is installed successfullyn nn n**Requirements:**n nn n+ A technical high school diploma or bachelor's degree in engineeringn n+ 3-5 years of experience in assembly, testing, and troubleshooting valve-actuator-positioner productsn n+ Proficient computer skills and excellent documentation skillsn n+ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customersn n+ Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationallyn n+ Fluency in Italian and Englishn nn n**Travels will be required.**n nn n**What we offer:**n nn n+ Friendly multicultural environment and team eventsn n+ Life, accident and health insurancen n+ Cafeteria Packagen n+ Career development and training opportunitiesn nn n**Req ID**.
