About the Role We are looking for a 6 months Intern to support the ACMA Customer Service team in the following activities.
• create offers and economic proposals for Spare Parts in collaboration with the tutor;• support the team in the spare parts business to achieve the area objectives; this involves preparing spare parts offers; constant follow-up of the same; creation of suggested spare parts lists; monitoring of market penetration and new actions to increase the business;• support ACMA foreign company offices for the previously listed activities by supervising the progress in achieving the economic targets;• provide remote support to our Client Companies worldwide.
What You Need to Be Successful • Degree in Economics & Business Administration or Languages;• Excellent knowledge of English language preferably at a business level.
The knowledge of a third language is highly appreciated plus (German, Spanish or French);• Knowledge of SAP is a favorable plus;• Communication skills and customer orientation;• Strong human relationship builder among different professional environments and diverse cultures;• Precise and meticulous, attention to details is fundamental;• Highly organized;• Previous experience in Customer Service will be appreciated.
