What you´ll do.
Engage customers to maximize sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service.
Resolve customer queries and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Uphold high-quality standards and contribute to a positive customer service environment.
Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience.
You should apply if you bring.
French as mother tongue level & upper Intermediate English Previous experience in customer service and/or sales Familiar with Office We will offer you.
Full time permanent contract (39 hours a week).
Monday to Friday shifts 9h to 18h.
Work from home 3 days a week optional Annual gross Salary.
€ plus monthly bonus scheme.
