We offer an interesting field of activity in a dynamic and internationally active company.
To expand our team in Katowice (Poland), we are looking for a Customer Care Support (m/f/d) Core activities.
Direct contact with customers and carriers; Handling of customers' requests regarding the status of deliveries; Truck dispatching on agency basis; Managing complaints and disputes; Transport monitoring; Transport document management.
Requirements.
A minimum of 1 year experience in the transportation and international forwarding sector; Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence; Structured and autonomous way of working; Ability to work in a team; Determination and stress resistance; Strong computer skills (MS-Office); Good knowledge of German, Polish and English.
