Position We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to handle and analyze customer support requests via email, phone, or ticketing systems. You will provide immediate solutions for common issues, document cases, and delegate complex problems to relevant teams. Keeping customers updated with clear and friendly communication, and managing internal processes and improvements are key aspects of the role. You will also support onboarding new team members and contribute to achieving performance goals, while upholding company values and strategies.
