What you´ll do.
This multifaceted role combines responsibilities in both Social Media and Executive Management.
As part of this team, you will manage customer interactions across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google My Business (GMB).
Additionally, you'll handle legal and tribunal cases, along with escalations from Senior Management.
Efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential in this role.
The Executive Management & Social Media Team acts as both the first and final point of contact for customer care, playing a key role in creating positive customer experiences and ensuring swift resolutions.
Quality is paramount, and your ability to deliver fast, effective outcomes is critical to our success.
As part of the Executive Management Team, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards in both communication and service while ensuring that customer issues are addressed promptly.
What You’ll Bring.
Native-level French proficiency.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Excellent written communication skills, particularly in professional writing and grammar (French).
Previous customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
