Is focused on operational excellence and provides excellent customer service/supportto KN\us Pharmaceutical and Healthcare customer base (both existing, new and opportunity).
Helpscustomers with daily challenges, answering questions, and investigating complaints (TIP/CAPA) andsupporting them with innovative solutions.
Maintains the correct level of training as outlined by the StationLead.
Your Responsibilities Business Development Assist in customer onboarding and implementation to ensure to transfer customer requirements into KN systems so that Operational Care & Global Services are clearly informed about deliverables Support qualification of customer inquiries and provide quotations within corporate guidelines for pricing, up-selling, and requisite follow up and closure Service Excellence Collaborate for the monitoring of customer shipments in order to provide with proactive updates to customers and with problem solving (by collaborating with other stake-holders) in anticipation of a customer complaint Quotation Management Qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations based upon corporate guidelines or local pricing strategy including upselling, follow up and closure Relationship Management Care about knowledge exchange with sales and account management teams and manage the update of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Corelog) Your Skills and Experiences 1-2 years of experience in similar roles Experience in the specific market vertical English (fluent), Italian (native)
