What you will do Single contact point for the in-warranty repairs link with a spare parts. Responsible for second level product exchanges approval for missing spare parts and verification of correct application of the process from our countries. Main Activities: Mapping and update documentation of policy application in each country Responsible for the second level product exchanges approval: verification and evaluation of the procedure, put in place actions and follow-up situation to speed up deliveries Review performance with countries and identify possible areas of improvements Analyze orders linked with in-warranty repairs and identify/put in place corrective action where it’s requested to guarantee delivery in time Focus on orders linked with spare parts in warranty and check orders fields/contains. Analyze forecasts and historical data to identify actions to guarantee the target of products exchanges approvals What you need to succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Economics Maximum 2 years logistics experience Knowledge of Microsoft package Fluent English and Italian Excellent skills of synthesis and analysis Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
