he Global Technology and Labs is a global team (; employees) based in 4 different continents (Europe, Asia, North & South America) responsible to drive, at global level, the definition and the deployment of the technology roadmap for the following domains related to Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers:- Digital & Power Electronic;- Electric components and mechatronics systems;- Human machine interface solutions;- Control Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence;- Washing and Drying Product functionalities.
ithin this complex organization, the Digital & Program Office is growing and we are looking for a Technical Leader to join the team.
n this role you will act as a reference between the Technology & Laboratories, Architectures, and other functions.
n detail you will:â¢Â Collect Requirements per project included in the Portfolio, drive the Feasibility in terms of desired timing and attributes working with all R&D teams (T&L, CA).â¢Â Drive, monitor and report out the Project Status in terms of Planning, Product Cost and Project Costs to the Project Leader.â¢Â Monitor status of activities.â¢Â Guarantee the alignment of projects between Global and Regional R&D teamsâ¢Â Risk managementâ¢Â Monitor the overall project/activity status within Tech&Labs organizationâ¢Â Lead a team of engineers to drive the different activitiesâ¢Â Responsible for project planning.⢠Testing Capabilities optimization⢠Standardization of timeframe and resources/ type of test (Standard Time);⢠Prototype optimization, planning along projects and life managementWho you are:â¢Â Previous experience in Project Management; you are used to deal with different stakeholders and act as a facilitator to move things forward⢠Electronic/ Mechanic degree or similar experienceâ¢Â You are willing to travel to meet the stakeholders.â¢Â You are goal oriented but you never forget to be a team player.â¢Â Flexibility is in your DNA.â¢Â You have the sensibility for a 360 view on projects.â¢Â Microsoft Projects know-how (must have).â¢Â English languageWhere you will be.
