6 months to 2 years of experience in sales cold calling or sourcing Experience with BPO roles (customer service marketing sales representatives) Familiarity with social media resume databases and professional networks Experience recruiting for the European market Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons) Proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch German French Greek Italian Spanish) What We Offer.
