Job Description We have a fabulous opportunity to join  St Martins Lane  in our Kitchen team as a  Sous Chef.
You will support the seamless running of the kitchen, by providing a highly efficient and effective service.
Working with the freshest seasonal produce and leading a highly talented brigade, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all menus.

Qualifications To be successful in this role we ask that you have.
Experience of working in a similar role in a 4/5 Star Hotel Kitchen essential.
Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanour Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Display a consistently positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic work manner Ability to lead and cultivate an environment of teamwork Maintains a sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
