In this role, you will work together the project managers to support service projects from the feasibility studies, development, go-live and follow-up.
Role and Responsibilities Constant communication with the headquarters and external vendors Validating the offered solutions Providing support to the headquarters and to the external vendors during the project stages for the development of service systems Supporting the daily maintenance of service systems (corporate and/or local) and data extraction Providing advice to authorized service partners Offering advice to the service centers to optimize their local management solutions Providing courses and guidelines related to cyber security Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree level Knowledge of SQL, MySQL Experience with Microsoft Office Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken Fluent in English, both written and spoken Samsung Italia opportunities are open to all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
