Vous et votre équipe serez responsables de tous les problèmes de garantie et de service après-vente qui doivent être résolus. Vous représenterez de manière positive les marques Rab et Lowe Alpine par le biais du Centre de Service Rab. Principales responsabilités du Coordinateur du centre de service (à inclure, mais sans s'y limiter) : • Communiquer efficacement l’information sur la garantie et les réparations/lavages aux clients B2B et B2C via notre système de billetterie (Zendesk), par courriel et par téléphone. • Administrer et coordonner les retours de produits (échange, réparation, remboursement) aux clients B2B et B2C. • Répondre aux demandes des clients et atteindre le taux de satisfaction attendu par le département • Responsabilité de l'ensemble du processus de retour, de la réception des marchandises jusqu'à la résolution du problème. • Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur du service après-vente Rab pour nos détaillants et nos consommateurs afin d'aligner les valeurs avec notre éthique de responsabilité sociale d'entreprise (RSE) (réparer et réutiliser plutôt que de remplacer). We are recruiting for a Service Centre Coordinator to be the customer's primary contact at Equip Canada Service Centre. You and your team will be accountable for any warranty, service and after sales issues that need resolution. You will positively be representing the brands of Rab and Lowe Alpine through Rab Service Centre. Key Responsibilities of Service Centre Coordinator (including but not limited to) To effectively communicate on Warranty and Service Repair/Washes to both B2B and B2C customers via our ticketing system (Zendesk), email and telephone. To administer and coordinate product returns (exchange, repair, refund) to both B2B and B2C customers. To reply to customer enquiries and meet expected average satisfaction rating for the department. Responsibility of the entire Service Centre returns process, from receipt of goods through to successful customer resolution. To act as Rab after sales ambassador for our retailers and end consumers to align values based around our corporate social responsibility (CSR) ethos of Repair and Reuse over Replacement. Souhaitables: • Expérience avec Microsoft Navision et/ou Business Central. • Expérience avec Zendesk. • Passion pour le plein air, avec expérience dans l'utilisation de vêtements et d'équipements de plein air. To join us as Service Centre Coordinator you must have: Essential: Previous experience working in a similar after sales role. Be customer focused, always looking to go above and beyond to offer a positive resolution. High level of attention to detail. ·Level-headed in your approach to problems, you will have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. · Excellent verbal and written skills (native or fluent in English and French), with the ability to talk to people at all levels in person and remotely to resolve matters of conflict in a non-confrontational manner. Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Teams & Outlook. Desirable: Experience of Microsoft Navision and/or Business Central. Experience of using Zendesk. A passion for the outdoors, with first-hand experience of using outdoor clothing and equipment in a variety of conditions.
