As a Senior Sales Executive , you'll play a key role in introducing our industry-leading services to both new and existing clients. You will build strong relationships, offer expert advice, and introduce innovative services—all while ensuring exceptional account management. This role is perfect for a driven, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive Growth : Lead new business acquisition and drive growth within existing accounts. Business Development : Generate new leads and win new business opportunities. Client Growth : Expand relationships with current clients through upselling and organic growth strategies. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and relevant external regulations (e.g., DVLA, IPC). Cold Outreach : Conduct regular cold outreach to identify new business opportunities. Client Engagement : Attend client meetings, site visits, and deliver exceptional customer service. Industry Presence : Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. Sales Proposals & Contracts : Create compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Account Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including site plans. Target Achievement : Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Mentorship : Coach and mentor new team members, helping them grow and succeed. Brand Ambassador : Act as a positive and professional representative of the company. Who You Are: Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience in the parking industry is a plus but not essential. Results-driven, with a passion for achieving KPIs. Resilient, tenacious, and able to handle challenges with a positive mindset. Eager to learn and stay on top of industry trends and new product offerings. Salary : £25,500 per annum basic, plus commission. (OTE £40k+) Location: Hybrid role from our office in Lancing, or Newton Abbot, with 2 days working from home. There is free parking onsite. The kitchen facility is stocked with goodies to make your day even better! Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
