YOUR MISSION As a Glovo Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local stores and corporate customers around the city.
The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and with bigger brands to display them on our Glovo platform.
THE JOURNEY Manage requests coming from potential customers through designated communication channels or identify promising prospects Be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and efficient handling of customer requests Achieving monthly targets by onboarding new partners and making them perform every month Strategizing and assisting in the development of systems and processes to enhance the corporate sales process and maximize the sales cycle Liaising with Account Managers to manage all corporate account requests WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cold calling or a similar role.
Experience in a B2B sales role is a plus.
Great negotiation skills and time management Good analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Results-oriented mindset and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment Knowledge of CRM fundamentals and familiarity with tools like Salesforce is a plus Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in an inbound environment Based in Milan or Rome Excellent knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite Proficient in Italian.
Being fluent in English is a plus Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
