According to your interests and educational background, you will develop skills within some different areas related to Electric and Electronic field: User Experience Research and Design; Software development; Infotainment / sound / switches Components and Functions; Connected Car. Key requirements Passion and interest in Automotive Sector; Passion and interest in Electric/Electronic sector; Good team working skills; Innovation oriented; Responsibility and integrity; Good interpersonal and communicative skills; Flexible and hardworking; Good time management capability and proactivity; Ability to manage problems and propose solutions; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Immediate availability to work; Eligible to work full-time in Italy. Preferential requirements (one or more) Knowledge of the automotive domain; Knowledge of processes and contents related to at least one of the following domains: Human-Machine Interaction Development / Components Development / Infotainment Development / Connectivity Development / Software Development; Knowledge of requirements management; Knowledge or short Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (Java or C++); Knowledge or short Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies; Understanding of vehicle level system integration in terms of hardware and software. Education: Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrics, Telecommunication, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, Human-Computer and Human-Machine Interaction or related fields). Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2 level); knowledge of Italian and basic German would be appreciated (with willingness to improve).
