Döhler Turkey is looking for an "HRBP" to be employed in our  Istanbul Maltepe Office with the following qualifications; Your Role   Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support business goals, Partner with HR centers of excellence to deliver comprehensive HR solutions in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development, Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives through the development and implementation of effective HR programs and policies, Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices, employee relations issues, and performance management, Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making, Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity, Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career growth, Executing onboarding, performance management, organizational development, disciplinary processes, Collaborating with department managers to address business needs and create tailored solutions, Supporting workforce planning and monitoring activities for partner departments in line with company goals, Contributing to projects related to the Employee Life cycle process (Recruitment, Onboarding, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Reporting).
Your Profile   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering or HR consulting, Both written and verbal communication skills in English, Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws, Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR priorities and initiatives, Experienced at supporting Functional Leaders on HR processes within a complex, matrix organization, Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies, Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
