JUNIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST (INTERNSHIP)

If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us. As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our Italian team based in Milan. The Role The Junior Customer Success Specialist role will cover a wide range of customer support and sales tasks, working closely with the Business Development team. The Junior Customer Success Specialist will: Be the first and main point of reference for dealers and guide them once the contract has been signed Support our customers in defining their digital strategy Engage with clients at all levels and be the lead for all client engagements Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities Evaluate dealer performance i.e. failures on website, pictures in stock, usage of new features, website performance etc. Support with the Sales Forecast reporting and monitoring system Propose lead generating campaigns based on best in practice and over performing customers Develop testimonial strategies together with sales Requirements Our ideal Junior Customer Success Specialist will have a keen interest in Sales, with a strong understanding of the digital or automotive industry.
