Italian Speaking Customer Care Specialist - Remote in Greece The House of Mercier is excited to offer a remote opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Care Specialist based in Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support to our Italian-speaking clients, representing a prestigious luxury jewelry brand. If you are fluent in Italian, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and thrive in a remote work environment, we encourage you to apply! Main Responsibilities Provide exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Respond to inquiries regarding products, order statuses, and company policies with accuracy and professionalism. Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction. Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records are maintained. Share product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Work collaboratively with other teams to improve service delivery based on customer feedback. Foster strong relationships with clients through attentive and personalized customer care. Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is also preferred. Previous experience in customer service or support, especially within a luxury retail or jewelry environment, is an advantage. Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A genuine interest in luxury jewelry and an understanding of the luxury market is a plus.
