Di che cosa ti occuperai:
- Stesura e pubblicazione di Job sui principali canali di ricerca;
- Screening dei CV;
- Gestione dell’iter di selezione;
- Stesura schede di valutazione;
- Supporto alle attività HR.
Requisiti per diventare un/una HR Telematico/a:
• Laurea in ambito umanistico o formazione equivalente;
• Formazione specifica in ambito Risorse Umane;
• Ottime doti comunicative;
• Proattività e predisposizione al lavoro in team;
• Flessibilità.
