Descrizione del lavoro Avrai l’opportunità di seguire l’intero Employee Life-Cycle dei collaboratori Bosch nel Plant di Brembate (BG), supportando le funzioni Risorse Umane (HR) e Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza (HSE).
Nello specifico.
Contribuirai attivamente alla gestione tutti i principali processi HR.
recruiting, on-boarding e off-boarding, amministrazione del personale, compensation & benefits, formazione, organizzazione di eventi interni e comunicazione interna; Sperimenterai la collaborazione interfunzionale con l’Area Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza nella gestione della sorveglianza sanitaria e della formazione obbligatoria; Nell'ambito Ambiente Salute e Sicurezza (HSE), collaborerai attivamente nel processo di miglioramento continuo in relazione alle condizioni di lavoro e alla prevenzione degli infortuni, parteciperai ad audit interni e alla verifica delle conformità alla normativa vigente e procedure di lavoro interne, contribuirai al mantenimento dei sistemi di gestione e relativa documentazione.
Qualifiche Formazione.
Laurea Triennale o Specialistica in Materie Umanistiche con focus sulle Risorse Umane (preferibilmente Master Universitario HR); Laurea Triennale o Specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale.
Lingue Straniere.
Inglese almeno livello B1 Conoscenze.
Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Office (in particolare Outlook, Excel e Power Point) Personalità.
Spiccate capacità di comunicazione; Capacità relazionali orientate al lavoro di squadra; Buone doti organizzative, problem solving e precisione.
