Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities.
As our Intern, your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
Support / drive ad-hoc projects of the Swiss Customer Solutions Team and its value-based healthcare projects including digital solutions Co-lead of specific customer projects such as evaluation of questionnaires, elaboration of case stories or analysis of surgical process optimizations Serve as a lead to the territory sales process and support local teams with a continuous customer hypercare management Support our journey of bringing the power of MedTech through a value-based customer integration to life and help driving required transformations, internally and externally Realization of own internship project work in the field of BI and process automation Temporary help in cross-team projects (e.
., sustainability in healthcare) Others… Qualifications On-going university degree with an interest in data sciences or BI Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment.
Qualifications - Skills.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to work in a matrix organization and participate effectively both independently and as part of multiple teams Capacity to work under strict timelines, combined with flexibility when emergency situations require this Attitude towards achieving goals within a diverse workforce that is oriented around customer engagement Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools Excellent command of English & German and ideally French languages Our Offering.
