In order to enforce our HR Business Partner Team we are looking for an engaging and energetic HR Business Partner.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business managers to devise strategies that support people-focused activities and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Your focus will include workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement, all while ensuring alignment with business goals.
This role involves collaboration across HR and business teams to implement solutions tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities.
Strategy and Workforce Planning.
Collaborate with business managers to develop strategies for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to meet future business needs.
Promotions and Job Changes.
Partner with managers in promotion and job change processes, ensuring that organizational design remains sustainable and focused on critical roles.
Leadership Coaching.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching that fosters development, growth, and problem-solving capabilities.
Employee Engagement.
Guide leaders to understand the factors driving employee engagement and their impact on business performance.
Data-Driven Insights.
Provide regular analysis and insights to inform decision-making and support business outcomes.
Performance Management.
Support the implementation of effective performance management processes.
HR Coordination.
Act as a liaison with other HR experts, commissioning tailored solutions for the organization’s specific needs.
Desired Skills and Experience.
Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role within a tech or services company.
Experience with organizational design or managing change (such as mergers or acquisitions) is a must.
Structured and Goal-Oriented.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to set clear goals, manage complex initiatives, and monitor progress.
Project Management.
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workstreams, and projects effectively, with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Relationship-Building.
Skilled at building relationships across all seniority levels.
