HEAD OF LUXURY

We are looking for a Head of Luxury & Fashion to be employed in our creative agency in Milan.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and business development, an established network and the ability to strategically lead the dedicated unit’s growth and positioning.
Key Responsibilities.
Define and implement the Luxury & Fashion Unit strategy, ensuring its growth and market positioning.
Drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 specialists (strategic planners, creatives, account managers), ensuring operational efficiency and professional development.
Promote the unit in the market through networking, industry events, and public relations.
Oversee the execution of integrated communication projects, with a strong focus on video production, digital content, and traditional campaigns.
Ensure the strategic and creative quality of projects, aligning with the needs of luxury and fashion brands.
Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and represent the agency in relevant industry events.
Requirements.
Proven experience in the luxury and fashion industry, with a background in creative agencies, luxury brands, or related fields.
Strong network and industry recognition.
Deep knowledge of communication, video production, advertising, and digital strategies.
Strong business development and commercial management skills.
People management experience, with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Preferred Qualifications International experience in the luxury/fashion industry.
Knowledge of additional languages beyond English.
Background in marketing, branding, or strategic communication.
