Head of Legal Il/la candidato/a ideale ha conseguito una laurea in giurisprudenza e possiede una solida esperienza in ruoli legali, maturata all’interno di contesti aziendali complessi, oppure presso studi legali.
Avrà la responsabilità di assicurare la difesa degli interessi di natura giuridica dell’azienda in tutti i campi del diritto che coinvolgono le attività aziendali.
Si occuperà di.
Fornire consulenza legale interna su aspetti giuridici, quali contrattualistica, diritto societario e compliance normativa; Supportare le diverse funzioni aziendali, ricercando soluzioni legali che consentano di perseguire gli obiettivi aziendali nel rispetto delle normative vigenti; Redigere, esaminare e negoziare contratti e accordi legali, valutando attentamente i rischi legali e le pattuizioni contrattuali per tutelare gli interessi aziendali; Assicurare la compliance normativa aziendale; Gestire eventuali contenziosi, azioni legali o arbitrati, minimizzando i rischi per l'azienda e lavorando a stretto contatto con studi legali esterni e rappresentanti legali; Offrire supporto legale per progetti e iniziative aziendali, incluse eventuali operazioni straordinarie; Garantire un aggiornamento continuo sulle modifiche legali e normative, anticipando potenziali impatti sulle attività dell'azienda e adattando le strategie legali di conseguenza; Monitorare e interpretare gli sviluppi normativi e regolatori nel settore dell’energia rinnovabile, collaborando con le funzioni di business; Gestire il team legale interno e coordinare le relazioni con studi legali e consulenti esterni.
Si richiede.
Solida esperienza nell’ambito della contrattualistica, compliance e gestione dei rischi; Esperienza nella redazione e negoziazione di contratti complessi e nella gestione di problematiche legali aziendali; Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, proattività, orientamento ai risultati e capacità di problem-solving; Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla gestione di team, con forti doti relazionali e negoziali.
