HEAD OF HEALTH & SAFETY - Barcelona o Madrid Liderar la función de Health & Safety con el fin de garantizar el seguimiento de las normativas de Seguridad y Salud Laboral de la Empresa de acuerdo con la legislación vigente, así impulsar la cultura de seguridad en la compañía.
Reporta a DRH España e internacionalmente al Dtor HSE Corporativo.
Responsabilidades.
Elaborar la estrategia de PRL de la Empresa, junto con la Dirección, focalizado en la reducción de accidentabilidad y promover un entorno de trabajo seguro y saludable, así como asegurar la implementación de los planes de acción acordados con Dirección.
Velar por la actualización de políticas y procedimientos en materia de Seguridad y Salud.
Implementación de la ISO Planificar la actividad preventiva de la empresa con carácter anual para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal y de las necesidades de la empresa en materia de seguridad y salud laboral, coordinándose con los departamentos correspondientes.
Elaborar y asegurar la implementación de los planes de acción y programas con los demás departamentos con el fin de desarrollar la actividad preventiva.
Representar a la compañía en los comités de Seguridad y Salud, así como ante Inspección de Trabajo.
Formar e informar a los trabajadores en materia de PRL y diseñar programas de formación y sensibilización.
Liderar periódicamente, auditorías de seguridad y salud laboral en las instalaciones y centros de trabajo con la finalidad de controlar y asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal y procedimientos internos.
Identificar y evaluar los riesgos existentes en las instalaciones actuales o futuras, debiendo actualizar las evaluaciones de riesgos periódicamente.
Crear y hacer seguimiento del cuadro de mando integral H&S con indicadores críticos como absentismo, accidentabilidad, índice de frecuencia, etc.
Así como reportar los KPIs a la matriz.
Asegurar el registro e investigación de los accidentes e incidentes, así como la planificación y seguimiento de acciones correctoras.
Coordinar el servicio de vigilancia de la salud externo, así como los proveedores en materia de Seguridad y Salud.
Liderar la interlocución en materia de PRL con los Comités de seguridad y Salud Laboral.
Representar a la empresa ante las instituciones públicas (inspección de trabajo, etc.) en materia de seguridad y salud laboral.
Requerimientos imprescindibles.
Título universitario Master en PRL con las 3 especialidades (seguridad, higiene industrial ergonomía y psicosociología aplicada) Idioma Inglés avanzado Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puesto similar en empresas con alto volumen de centros de trabajo y gestión de PRL Experiencia en gestión de proyectos Experiencia en ISO Disponibilidad para viajar
