definire e implementare la strategia e-commerce, garantendo la massimizzazione della redditività del canale ottimizzare il funnel di conversione e migliorare la customer experience sul sito supervisionare le strategie di acquisizione traffico (seo, sem, performance marketing, social advertising, email marketing, partnership, marketplace).
monitorare e analizzare i dati di vendita, target utenti e i kpi chiave per ottimizzare le performance.
lavorare sul crm per massimizzare il valore del cliente nel tempo, sfruttando la personalizzazione, le campagne di retention e la segmentazione dei dati.
essere operativo nelle attività quotidiane quando necessario, mantenendo un approccio hands-on.
competenze ed esperienza requisiti esperienza di almeno 10 anni in ruoli e-commerce, preferibilmente in aziende consumer (fmcg, retail).
comprovata esperienza nella gestione di un e-commerce end-to-end, con focus su strategie di crescita e ottimizzazione della conversione.
conoscenza avanzata di performance marketing, analytics, seo, cro, crm e strategie omnichannel.
competenza nell'utilizzo di piattaforme e-commerce e strumenti di analytics (google analytics, strumenti di bi).
mindset analitico e orientato ai dati, con capacità di tradurre insight in azioni concrete.
capacità di gestire progetti complessi, mantenendo un approccio operativo.
fluente in italiano e inglese.
