ad oggi contano circa dipendenti a livello mondo offerta la figura deve garantire che l'organizzazione del team sia adeguata a supportare le attività di sviluppo richieste, gestendo il team, bilanciando opportunamente le esigenze puntuali di progetto con quelle di manutenzione ed evoluzione di quanto in essere.
eve inoltre farsi parte attiva, in accordo con il cio e gli uffici preposti, nel definire standard e pat-h innovativi dell'intero ciclo di vita del software, curandone l'implementazione e l'adozione da parte di tutti i membri del team.
responsabilità principali.
* coordinamento e pianificazione.
coordinare il team di sviluppatori, interni ed esterni, per garantire il completamento dei progetti nei tempi e nei budget previsti.
* supervisione.
supervisionare il lavoro dei vari team per assicurarsi che rispetti le linee guida di sviluppo aziendale * gestione della qualità.
assicurare che i progetti rispettino gli standard di qualità aziendali e le migliori pratiche di sviluppo software.
* innovazione.
definire e implementare, in accordo con gli uffici preposti, percorsi di innovazione del ciclo di sviluppo * formazione.
curare che il gruppo di sviluppo abbia sempre gli skill tecnici e di sicurezza adeguati competenze ed esperienza requisiti di formazione e esperienza.
* formazione.
laurea in informatica o campo correlato.
* esperienza.
esperienza comprovata come sviluppatore software capo o in un ruolo simile.
