La tua missione.
Elaborare la strategia distributiva a medio-lungo termine e le priorità d’azione, collaborando attivamente alla definizione del piano di business annuale Guidare un team di District Manager, assicurando lo svolgimento del ruolo, attraverso un monitoraggio costante dei piani d’azione Nella pianificazione dei budget di vendita, stabilire le politiche commerciali al fine di massimizzare le performance Ottimizzare la rete vendita in funzione dell’area geografica, garantendo una copertura ottimale del mercato Collaborare direttamente con il team CRM per conoscere i comportamenti di acquisto della cliente e definirne le strategie di contatto Poter contribuire all’implementazione di una strategia di Brand omnicanale, favorendo l’interazione tra negozio e sito internet Hai maturato un’esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli affini Hai maturato esperienza in strutture commerciali retail o affini Hai un approccio fortemente "data driven".
