The headquarter of Flow Europe is in Germany.
As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahighpressure (UHP) waterjet technology.
For our office in Arluno, Italy we are looking for the following open position.
Major Duties and Responsibilities.
· Troubleshoot, save, and report failures in the field.
· Troubleshoot waterjet machines and components on the telephone and on site.
· Give maximum technical support to customers to minimize downtimes.
· Perform installations of FLOW waterjet cutting systems independently until final acceptance mainly in Italy and other European countries if necessary.
· Create professional picture of Flow Technical Service in the field.
· Give customer start up training and provide safety training for CE-compliancy.
· Provide technical information to customer during installation, training and service visits.
· Willingness to mainly travel during the week and change working places by short notice.
Some overtime is required.
· Customer orientated decisions with a minimum of supervision.
· Produce accurate and detailed technical reports.
· Ensure proper adherence to health & safety requirement.
· Stay on site until the problems are solved and job is finished.
Your profile.
· Mechanical and electrical engineer (both), mechatronics engineer, technician, electrician or other qualified job related to manufacturing and technical services within the machine tool industry.
· 3 years of work experience with CNC machine tool installation, commissioning and training in the area of motion control systems in the field.
· Ideally CAD/CAM experience (use and training).
· Deep knowledge in the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnostics.
· Professional usage of modern diagnostic tools.
· Good organizational skills.
· Fluent in Italian and good English level.
· Customer oriented, positive attitude and independent.
· Flexible in location of work and willing to travel.
· Valid drivers license.
· Full Passport & documentation to support permanent residence and employment in Italy.
