Your Duties Lead and oversee the preparation of dishes adhering to the highest quality standards.
Actively participate in the creation and preparation of top-tier dishes.
Ensure impeccable cleanliness and strict hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Foster and motivate the kitchen team through targeted training.
Create and manage efficient duty rosters for optimal work organization.
Carefully manage inventory and conduct precise stock takes.
Control food costs to adhere to budget and ensure profitability.
Represent the kitchen at special events and in guest areas.

Several years of experience in the four-star sector, preferably at sea or on rivers.
Leadership experience and excellent organizational skills.
Very good German and English language skills.
PC skills (MS Office) and knowledge in costing and recipes.
HACCP knowledge and health certificate for the gastronomy sector.
Creativity and innovation in dish creation.
High level of stress resistance and resilience.
