It is looking for qualified profiles who want to be involved in a stimulating and challenging career opportunities with the following requirements Scope and Purpose Corporate Affairs Organizes the Corporate bodies meetings, including the drafting of the agenda, convocation of the meetings, collecting meetings' materials, distributing supporting materials, drafting minutes and filing and preservation of related documentation; Supports the Corporate bodies in their activities.
Provides advice and assistance to the corporate bodies and the Management of the Company, in the application of corporate regulation at Group level.
Provides reporting and information flows to corresponding function of the Parent Company.
Manages relations with the parent company (for its areas of responsibility); Updates the Company’s delegations of authority and related authorized signatures (identifying and establishing the delegated powers, mandates and internal proxies); Updates the Articles of Association of the Company; Ensures the correct application of the rules of the Group for the management of transactions with related parties of Intesa Sanpaolo S.

and Group associated entities; Maintains and is responsible for the Register of resolutions of the Company and its corporate bodies.
Legal Provides legal advisory to other organizational units; Manages legal disputes on behalf of the Company / coordination with the external lawyers of the Company regarding legal disputes if the Company is represented by the external lawyer; Coordination with the public notary regarding status law matters; Provides legal support to the Company departments regarding the drafting of the contractual and clients' documentation; Provides legal support in the interpretation of relevant regulation; In coordination with the Compliance and AML, monitors the legislative, regulatory, and supervisory changes relating to the asset management products/services, assessing their impact and managing the implementation of the product documentation; Provides legal support in preparing the responses to requests of the clients Work Experience Relevant professional experience in the field preferably in fund management companies Technical and Interpersonal Skills Degree preferably in low, finance, economics Required languages.
