In effect, Live Eternal.Position Overview: The Director of Rooms at W Rome will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's rooms division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a diverse team, optimize room revenue, and uphold the hotel's reputation for luxury and innovation.Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and inspire the rooms division team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive personalized and memorable experiences, from check-in to check-out.Operational Management: Oversee housekeeping, front desk, and guest services operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy rates.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation across all rooms and public areas.Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, promoting career growth and skill enhancement.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Food & Beverage, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in revenue management and operational excellence.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.Why Join W Rome: At W Rome, we celebrate individuality and diversity, offering a vibrant and energetic work environment.
