must hold a six sigma black belt qualification.
demonstrated leadership experience in one of the following.
general manager or senior hotel manager role, transitioning into an operations-focused position.
operations director level with a proven track record.
experience managing a portfolio of luxury brands, aligning with the group's positioning.
flexibility for remote working, with no requirement to relocate to the uae.
