The position: You build on good relationships: You are the direct point of contact for your customers and work continuously on building and developing a strong customer relationship. You monitor and support the implementation of our Dynamics HR Management online, and onsite at your international customer base, via trainings and workshops. You miss nothing: You analyze customer requirements for our Dynamics HR Management solution and ensure a seamless, customer-orientated implementation. You stay on top of things: You actively work with the customer on project planning, steering and controlling time and cost projections. You always appear confident: Positive, reliable, and empathic - whether on the phone, online sessions, or on-site at your international customers. You're a "Demi-Tech": After detailed training, you are able to make simple customizations in the standard product, and also able to introduce improvements of existing processes for customers. You are a networker: You function as an interface to the internal departments of development, sales, and product management for your customers. You've got an open mind: You find it easy to recognize the individual needs of the customer and can record and communicate these wishes clearly to all sides. You're full of ideas: You're close to the customers and recognize trends and requirements, which flow into the further development of the product. And the most important of all: You go the extra mile: you work hard to ensure customer satisfaction and your personal success! In addition to a solution-oriented, structured way of thinking, you have great enthusiasm and motivation, and an awareness for customer satisfaction. Your excellent interpersonal competence is particularly evident in your ability to listen properly, forward and process information, as well as the ability to communicate to the recipient. You take the initiative, work hard for all participants, and utilize your coordination skills daily with customers, partners, and the internal team. Your organizational skills and your enjoyment of customer contact are extremely helpful in these aims. You have a very good technical understanding and a high affinity to IT. Ideally, you've worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM in the past. As our international customer base is located in 36 countries, you speak not only excellent German, but also English Business fluent, oral and written. Last but not least, you enjoy discovering new cultures and therefore are happy to travel to your customers, to ensure an optimal deployment of our Dynamics HR Solution. Ideally in addition (but not compelling): Experience in HR, either as HR Manager or HR Admin. Microsoft certificates for application and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM. If you are unsure if you suit this role, or you do not fit exactly to the specified skills, then apply anyway!
