Senior position to consolidate a fast growing team Company facing a strong international development About Our Client Our client is an international agency with a deep consulting and technology component.
It operates in the video advertising and is recognised as a point of reference within the market.
Job Description We are looking for a management profile capable of leading the existing team, consolidating its structure and defining new processes, with a view to improving the forecasting ability and accuracy of campaign delivery.
In accordance with the General Manager he/she will.
▪ Define and implement new processes in order to improve business monitoring; ▪ Supervise customer management and ensure correct flow in campaign delivery; ▪ Manage reporting for the leadership team, ensuring accuracy, synthesis and implementing new control tools with respect to KPIs vital to management; ▪ Directly manage complex customers, in the onboarding, integration, delivery and post-campaign phases; ▪ Interface with agencies and media centers to supervise and manage communication flows and determine the commercial metrics due based on the sales team's agreements (rebate, tech fees, special projects,...); ▪ Hire, coach and manage the team; ▪ Assist the General Manager, managing strategic issues for the Italian country.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate is a profile who comes from the trading desks of media centres, with deep experience in managing complex clients and reporting within the programmatic market.
We are looking for an analytical figure, strong on numbers and with many years of experience in managing people.
Required capabilities.

degree required, preferably in engineering, economics, statistics, marketing & communication, business administration or related field required.
MBA would be a plus; ▪ Proven experience in a leading position within the Digital Marketing industry; ▪ Strong ability in managing people; ▪ Analytic aptitude, mastery of excel; ▪ Ability to manage complex clients; ▪ Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills that will allow to challenge and review the team performance and drive the improvements needed; ▪ Fluency in English and Italian.
