CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

For our partner located in the canton of Fribourg, the Gi Life Sciences team is looking for a : CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST Start date: 1 January, 2025 Temporary long term contract Your missions: Order management from receipt to dispatch Be the point of contact for internal and external clients Arrange transport for export shipments and track them to delivery Customer Complaint Management Issue or examine shipping documents or any other document required for export, import or banking Provide basic information on the company's products Management of billing documents management of incoterms Your profile: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position and in the life sciences field Experience in the supply chain Good knowledge of sales force and SAP Very good knowledge of written and oral English (C1 min) Ability to perform multiple tasks independently or as a team Excellent communication skills and good priority management Kelly Contact : Jessica Liuzzo : 022 737 12 01 Gi Group fait partie de Gi Group Holding, un écosystème mondial de services et de conseils en ressources humaines qui soutient le développement du marché du travail et contribue à changer la vie des gens dans 37 pays du monde entier.
